Partnership Invitations

COBRA is dedicated  to raising public awareness regarding Sickle Cell Anemia and working to ensure a better quality of life for those affected.  This disorder is a "highly neglected cause" in our community. Our services include education, testing, counseling, assistance to those affected by Sickle Cell disease and support of research where the health of patients is a high priority. We are requesting your partnership in our efforts to continue the numerous services offered by Sickle Cell Services of COBRA.

If you, your business, organization or church group is interested in contributing and/or partnering with us, or want to sponsor a fundraiser(walk on your own) for a Saturday in September (National Sickle Cell Awareness Month), or during another month, please complete the applicable form(below). ​​
